Priorities
- Ta tid med Gud varje dag, bättre med 5 minuter än ingenting!
- Fysisk aktivitet minst 30 min per dag - också varje dag.
- Jag får bara kolla sociala medier 1 gång per dag - så länge jag vill men bara 1 gång!
- Minst 8 timmar sömn!
- Den största delen av min kost består numera av grönsaker, frukter, bär, nötter, baljväxter mm. Kött, mejeriprodukter och spannmål blir mer och mer tillbehör.
- Ha kul, njut av livet utan dåligt samvete över att inte prestera hela tiden!
- Lära mig saker, filosofera, umgås med människor och Gud istället för att sitta med mobilen.
- Vara frisk och stark.
- Må bra!
- Se tillbaka på mitt liv och känna att jag prioriterade rätt!











I haven't posted anything on the blog in the past 4 months now and I've done a lot of changes in my life in the meantime! We can say that I have re-prioritized!
It started when Simon Sinek with his video "Milennials in the workplace" (WATCH IT - absolutely worth 15 min) made me realize how bad it is to sit with the phone as much as I have done in recent years, so my new year's promise was reduced mobile time in form a limitation.
One month ago I read a book called "Why are we so unwell when our life is so good" by Nisse Simonsson (Sorry, it's only in Swedish..) and it has affected my lifestyle very much.
So nowadays, my priorities look like this:
- Take time with God every day, it's better with 5 minutes than nothing!
- Physical activity for at least 30 minutes a day - also every day.
- I only check social media once a day - as long as I want, but just once!
- At least 8 hours of sleep!
- Most of my diet now consists of vegetables, fruits, berries, nuts, legumes, etc. Meat, dairy and grains are becoming less and less important.
- Have fun, enjoy life without feeling bad for not performing all the time!
Watch the video and sit down and think about your priorities! What do you think is the most important thing in life? What do you dream about? What do you want to accomplish? Want a closer relationship with God? - Take time with Him and read the Bible! Do you want to get started with exercise or healthy food? - Do it! It is up to you! Do you spend too much time on the phone? - Limit yourself! YOU are the boss of YOUR life!
I want to:
- Learn things, philosophize, spend time with people and God instead of sitting with my phone.
- Be healthy and strong.
- Feel good!
- Look back on my life and feel that I prioritized right!
